“Finally, Zoe is birthed. Took weeks and almost months for me to accept this ‘Big’ projects. It’s bigger than I know or can think of, but all I’m sure of is that, as long as it’s God bringing this vision my way, He will give all it requires for it to work out the way He wants it. My yieldedness is all that He requires and I ask that He helps me to be yielded daily to Him’’.
These are the words I penned down on the 28th May, 2018 for the first post on my blog. As old as it is, it’s still valid.
On the 29th of May, 2018, I was ready to start this blog and I had it all planned out (in my mind). Then the unexpected happened; I lost my phone. It was really devastating for me as that was supposed to be my June 1st present to everyone. At the point when the phone got missing, I didn’t know it was because of this blog I lost it but I found out after some days 🤦🤦. You’re wondering why right? God loves you too much to give you that uncooked Oluwatosin to feed you😂. I’m still not completely cooked, of course, you’re not either because we keep growing by the day, but I’m better than 2018 Oluwatosin😁.
I want to assume that it’s the day I made this announcement that you’re reading it. If it is, then, this is my wonderful birthday gift to you🎁🎁🎁. I don’t want to just get wishes, prayers and collect gifts from you, I also want to give you something. So, ZOE is my gift to you💃💃💃. And to those who have always asked me to start the blog before now, well, this is me officially informing you that I’ve started. It’s not like I didn’t hear you before, but Holyspirit didn’t permit me then, He was planning it to be my birthday gift to you today 😉😉.
What’s Zoe about? ‘ZOE’ is a Greek word which means life. As the name says, I trust that by the help of the Holyspirit, Life would always be emitted to your spirit every time you read from this blog🙏🙏. God loves you and had you in mind when He puts the dream of this blog in my mind two years ago. You’re not reading this by mistake. This act was intended and ordained by God, that life might come to your spirit-man.
On this blog, I’d be sharing from the word of God, life experiences, books and movies that have blessed me and are still blessing me. We’d be walking this journey of life and learning about it together. I understand that sometimes, we need to see people who are also in our ‘shoes’ of experience to feel better about it and to believe that we’re not alone. So, on this blog, we’d be edifying and encouraging one another. I need you, just as you need me. I’d be open to suggestions and inputs from you from time to time about Zoe.
I want to encourage everyone to look beyond the human mind writing on this blog, but rather have an open mind to what the Holyspirit would have you learn and know everytime you visit Zoe. And I trust that the Holyspirit would always minister to our heart. I love you and would always pray for you. Don’t forget ‘’God loves you and sees beyond the present’’. So, always trust Him and His words for your life.
